In life, you get what you focus
on. When you focus on limiting experiences, what you
don't want, what you can't have, what's not possible,
that's your experience. When you focus on what you
do want, what you can have, and what is possible,
that is your experience, too. This is not about positive
thinking, these are just facts of life. In writing
"I know" I realized how the media consistently
feeds us destructive information, instilling fear,
worry, and hatred. This creates a world where many
people resign themselves and lose hope for life and
the magic in it, and that ain't right! "I Know"
is about how, in each moment, we can choose a new
future to live into.
